Agoraphobia is wild. It started when my panic disorder was heightened. I won't say what caused things to go buckwild, but it was a few traumatic things very close in time to one another. I would notice that when I was going out, especially without someone or without my dog, I'd have panic attacks, so it became much easier to just not go out.

It's worked thus far. I order my groceries, sometimes I pick them up (where staff brings them to the car), sometimes I have them delivered. If it's something not at the grocery store, I order it from the Zon (which I'm not happy about, but it's one of those things that is unable to get around).

So, when I have to get blood work done, I start to worry. Am I going to go to a, potentially, busy location, or do I pay $80 for them to come to me. Well, I took the plunge this Saturday. I went to get blood work done. I scheduled an appointment, which it turns out I didn't have to do at this location, and I went. I did it alone. No dog, no friend. Completely alone.

Then I treated myself to a coffee as a reward.

I'm trying to do better than this, but I know it's going to be little things first instead of bigger things.

I got this.
